Governor Gavin Newsom signed into law AB 126, which reauthorizes the California Energy Commission's Clean Transportation Program to fund zero-emission vehicle infrastructure.
The law extends until July 1, 2035 the smog abatement fees, which funds the Air Quality Improvement Program and the Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program.
